SELLING WITH TLC
Brands we accept our: Chanel, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Dior, Fendi, Prada, YSL, Hermes, Bottega Veneta.
Note: We do however accept designers outside this list, please get in touch with any questions you have.
We take Authentication very seriously, all our products go through a rigorous authentication process before being listed. Each product is firstly meticulously checked, paying close attention to the craftsmanship, finer details like stitching, stampings, serial numbers, date codes, hardware, materials and condition.
For the second layer of authentication we are proud to partner with Entrupy Luxury Authentication solution, which uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology to verify authenticity. By using an objective, scientifically-proven approach, this service ensures that each product listed on our site is authentic.
We understand that trust is the foundation to any relationship. We aim to gain and maintain that level of trust whilst at the same time creating a reputable business for authenticated pieces. All products purchased from us come with an authenticity guarantee or your money back within 12 months from authentication.

It will depend on a number of factors the condition, year, model, product demand etc. Please complete the online form on the Sell To Us page and we will be in touch with you within 24-48 hours with an initial offer.
Each item is assessed and priced according to its condition, how current it is and secondary market value.
For consignment items, there may be times when we think it would be beneficial to reduce the bag. If this is the case, we will contact you to make sure you are happy with this and the new price.
- In poor/bad condition, items will be examined prior to TLC accepting your items.
- High street items.
- Mid-range contemporary brands.
- Sample Sale items.
- Overpriced consignments - Items will not be accepted if we cannot agree a selling price. The item will be returned to you at your own cost.
When selling with us; we have two options SELLING & CONSIGNING.
When you Sell To Us you will get paid within 48 hours of us receiving the product subject to authentication confirmation.
When you pick Consign With Us you get paid once the item has sold; you get paid the agreed price minus our fee within 72 hours.
The Commission fees will depend on the item and it’s value. We usually charge between 10-30% commission.
To get an exact figure, please complete the online form on the Consign With US page and we will be in touch within 24-48 hours with our offer.
Approximately 6 - 8 weeks.
Unsold items will be returned or donated to charity after 6 weeks, consignor to advise.
An email will be sent to you after this period for you to decide if you would like your item sent back to you or if you want it donated to charity. If we do not hear back from you after 10 days will donate to charity on your behalf. Items to be sent back to you will encor a charge.
BUYING WITH TLC
Making a purchase could not be easier. Please browse our catalogue, select the item in which you are interested in, add the item to your shopping cart and follow the necessary steps. You can also contact us via email. You will be informed the full cost including delivery, prior to checkout and you can choose a suitable payment method to confirm the transaction.
All products purchased from The Luxury Collector come with an authenticity guarantee or your money back within 12 months from authentication. In a rare scenario, if you feel an item is inauthentic, please reach out to our Customer Support team email info@theluxurycollector.com to report the same so it is resolved on priority.
We offer all debit / credit cards. You can also use Shoppay, GooglePay & ApplePay to speed up your checkout experience.
The condition of each item is stated on the products page. All products have a detailed description, pictures of the product’s condition and a condition report. RETURNS
All sales are final. Our team is happy to help with any size queries, provide you with additional imagery and answer any questions you have prior to purchase.

SHIPPING
All items are sent fully insured and a tracking number will be provided.
We offer UK & International shipping.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days unless otherwise stated.
International deliveries are sent with UPS's International service. Due to insurance on some of our luxury pieces postage cost varies.
Taxes & Duties:
As the customer, you will be responsible for any duties and taxes imposed by your country upon delivery of your item. All items will be declared at full purchase price when shipped outside of the United Kingdom.
